Integrations Overview

Metaview is designed to fit into the tools your hiring team already uses. We offer a wide range of integrations across popular ATS and CRM platforms, communication tools, and calendar and scheduling tools, and we add new ones continuously. Integrations aren’t required to get started — Metaview works on its own. But where an integration is available for your tools, we recommend connecting it to get the full benefit.

How to add an integration

From your integration settings page, you can see all of the integrations that have been set up for your account as well as other available integrations. For details on how to set up individual integrations, navigate to the various integration pages in this guide.

Looking for another integration?

If your current ATS, CRM, or scheduling tool does not have a Metaview integration, we may still be able to support your workflow. Availability and functionality can vary depending on the specific provider and use case, so please get in touch with our sales team to discuss what may be possible for your setup.

Using Metaview without an ATS integration

You don’t need a native ATS integration to get value from Metaview. Many of our customers either don’t use an ATS or CRM — or choose not to connect one — and still benefit from Metaview’s features. Even if your current system isn’t natively supported, you can still benefit from automatic scheduling and notes syncing functionalities:

• Automatic scheduling: If your ATS schedules calls on your calendar, Metaview will detect and join those automatically from your Google or Outlook calendar. See Automatic scheduling for details.
• Syncing notes: You can push Metaview notes into your ATS, CRM, or other tools using Zapier, so your workflows stay connected. See Zapier overview for details.
