Metaview Technologies Inc is a US and UK-based, SOC2 certified and GDPR/CCPA-compliant data processor trusted by hundreds of companies across Europe, US, and other parts of the world.
Metaview stores customer data securely on AWS (UK). All data is backed up regularly, and encrypted at rest and in transit. Customers retain ownership of their data and can decide on the retention period.Please contact us if you would like to update your organization’s data retention period.
Metaview is committed to supporting its customers in upholding the rights of data subjects, including access, erasure, and objection to processing. Personal data processing is conducted in compliance with GDPR and other international data privacy regulations with equivalent standards (including CCPA, PIPEDA, LGDA) as outlined in our DPA: https://www.metaview.ai/data-processing-agreement.
Metaview has implemented industry best practice technical and organizational measures to protect personal information and customer data. Metaview is SOC 2 Type II certified and conducts regular external penetration testing.Metaview supports SSO with SAML (e.g. Okta), and sign-ins through Google Workspace or Azure AD (Microsoft).
Metaview is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of your data. We will only access and share your data with third parties for the purpose of delivering our services.
Data processing at Metaview is fully automated, with access restricted in accordance with the principle of least privilege and security best practices.
Data is shared with third-party subprocessors only as necessary to provide our services. A detailed list of these subprocessors can be found in section 6.2 of our DPA.
Metaview does not use customer data for AI model training. We use existing, pre-trained AI models through industry-leading LLM partners in the provision of our services.EU Notice: Metaview’s AI Notetaker is classified as non-high-risk under the EU AI Act through our documented Article 6(3) exemption, and we comply with all applicable requirements. It doesn’t make decisions, evaluate candidates, or provide recommendations—it simply helps you take better notes.California Notice: Metaview may be classified as an “Automated Decision System” (ADS) under California FEHA regulations. Metaview prevents bias through privacy-first design and data processing, and built-in human oversight. We conduct ongoing internal testing on accuracy and faithfulness of outputs. As the employer, you’re responsible for FEHA compliance which may include monitoring for disparate impact and retaining records for 4+ years.We actively monitor regulatory developments and will adjust our practices as new guidance emerges.
