This guide will help you manage your Metaview subscription — from updating your plan and billing details to canceling your subscription — all through our easy-to-use self-serve billing portal.
The information provided below is not applicable to customers on enterprise or team plans, or those interested in purchasing a custom plan. If this applies to you, please reach out to your dedicated account manager or book a meeting with our sales team for tailored support and guidance.

Buying subscriptions

To purchase new or additional Pro AI Notes or Max AI Sourcing subscriptions for yourself or your team, click Buy seats on Team Management and follow the instructions. Click here if you’d like to set up a demo or to speak to sales first. Manage Subscription Buy Seats Pn Purchased subscriptions are not assigned or reserved to a specific user and can be assigned to anyone on your team based on your team’s needs throughout the year by your team admin. See Managing your team for details. Subscriptions will be renewed and you will be billed automatically on your monthly or annual renewal date.

Accessing billing details

Users who have previously purchased a subscription on Metaview can manage billing details on the Team Management page under Manage Billing. They can take the following actions using our self-service portal:
  • Update your company name and billing address
  • Add or update the email where invoices should be sent (e.g. your company’s accounts payable email)
  • Update tax information (e.g. VAT)
  • Update PO number
  • Update your payment details
  • Download your past invoices
  • Pay your overdue invoices
Please note that these details will only be available to the buyer. You will not have access to the billing details of subscriptions that were purchased by a colleague.
If you’re unable to manage your subscription and payment details via the self-serve portal — such as in cases where you no longer have access to your account, the subscription was purchased by a colleague, or you’re on a custom enterprise plan — please contact [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist.

Cancelling paid subscriptions

You can cancel and edit the subscription that you purchased on the Team Management page under Manage Billing.
  1. In the pop-up, select the subscription you want to cancel. Please note that you will only see subscriptions that were purchased from your account.
  2. Select Cancel Subscription.
  3. Before you go, please share any feedback and select Confirm Cancellation. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and the effective date will be displayed at this step.
If you’re unable to manage your subscription directly — for example, due to account access issues, team-based purchases, or a custom enterprise setup — please contact [email protected] with the relevant details so we can assist you.
Any requested changes to your subscription will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription renewal period, provided the request is received at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Notices received after this cutoff will take effect at the start of the following renewal period. We do not offer refunds for late cancellations or cancellations not completed using the steps above.
Accounts will be automatically moved to our Free plans once paid subscriptions are canceled. Changing an account’s seat type to Free will not automatically cancel or alter any subscriptions associated with your company account as the existing subscription can be reassigned to a colleague based on your team’s needs throughout the year by your team’s admin.

Subscription plans

Metaview offers subscription plans for two distinct products: AI Notetaker and AI Sourcing. Each has its own pricing, plans, and feature set. Full details on plan limits and feature availability for both products are available on our pricing page: https://www.metaview.ai/pricing.
The free plan is subject to change at any time without notice. Free subscriptions are provided as-is, with no guarantees regarding availability, support, features, or duration.

AI Notetaker (Free plan)

Users on the free plan can use AI Notes for free, but are subject to the following limitations:
  • 25 conversation credits per month per free user
  • 60 conversation credits per month total across all free users in your organization
  • Access to conversations is limited to the last 14 days (conversations older than 14 days are not accessible)
AI Notetaker free plan credits reset automatically on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over. If you run out of credits, you can either wait until credits reset at the start of the next month, or upgrade to an AI Notetaker Pro plan to continue using Metaview without limitations.

AI Sourcing (Free plan)

You can try AI Sourcing on the free plan, but it does come with candidate search limits and candidate visibility restrictions. Please note that AI Sourcing credits do not reset monthly, but you can easily upgrade to the Max plan for unlimited usage.

Upgrading to paid subscriptions

You can upgrade at any time to AI Notes Pro or AI Sourcing Max to unlock unlimited access immediately. You can go month-to-month by credit card, and cancel anytime to stop auto-renewal — no long-term commitment needed. Please note that purchased subscriptions are not assigned or reserved to a specific user, so please ensure that you have your workspace admin assign it to your account, or a colleague’s account if you are purchasing on someone’s behalf. Manage Subscriptions Upgrade Pn Teams evaluating Metaview are encouraged to book some time with our Sales team for tailored support and guidance.
