Creating my Metaview account

Link to Metaview knowledge base: Automatic Scheduling via Calendar Getting started is super simple - just head to Metaview.ai and click Sign in. Then click Continue with Google/Microsoft, and you’ll be guided through the short set up flow. As part of signing in through Google or Microsoft, Metaview will also automatically integrate with your Calendar making it easier for you to add Metaview to events scheduled outside of ATS. If your Metaview seat has already been enabled by your company’s admin, then Metaview will automatically join any of your interviews that are scheduled through your ATS. You will receive an email with you AI Notes minutes after the call ends - to access these you’ll then need to create your account.

Manually inviting Metaview to my calls

Link to Metaview knowledge base: Manual invites For calls scheduled outside of the ATS and don’t fall into the guidelines for calendar scheduling, you’ll need to manually invite Metaview in order for Metaview to capture the call. These are typically the more ad-hoc calls, or non-recruiting obvious calls. Meetings such as: “1:1”, “catch up”, “team meeting”. To add Metaview to these calls, simply add notes@metaview.ai to the calendar event, in the same way you’d invite a colleague to join the meeting.

Using Metaview’s AI Notes for interviews

This means you can be 100% focussed on running a great interview, getting to know the candidate instead of frantically trying to jot down everything that they’re saying.

Using Metaview for debriefs, kick offs and other recruiting conversations

Link to Metaview knowledge base: Meeting types Metaview can be used across all your recruiting conversations, from kick off calls between recruiters and HMs, to debriefs, reference checks and general meetings. Metaview captures all of the key details in these meetings so you have all the key information at your fingertips when kicking off a new search through to making the final hiring decision. Metaview will automatically join any of your calls that are scheduled through your ATS. If you’d like to invite Metaview to a call that is not scheduled in your ATS then all you need to do is manually add notes@metaview.ai to the calendar event, in the same way you’d invite a colleague to join the meeting.

Accessing captured calls via the Metaview homepage.

You can access all previously captured calls from your Metaview homepage. Just head to the Metaview sign-in page and sign into your account. Once signed in, you can view all conversations within your company’s set data retention period.

Sharing your conversations

Link to Metaview Knowledge Base: Sharing Metaview allows you to easily share your transcripts, recordings, and notes with others within your company and externally. A paid Metaview subscription is not required to view shared conversations. On the right-hand side of the notes page, click on Share to get started. You will see a pop-up menu with a list of all accounts that already have access to this call. The option to share summary will not be available if you yourself have been shared the notes.

Using Metaview for phone calls
