Metaview integrates seamlessly with Stardex. This makes it possible for Metaview to match your interviews to people in Stardex so we can provide AI-generated summaries, and to post notes, TLDRs and links from Metaview back to Stardex.

Connect Stardex to Metaview

Connecting Stardex requires a single value from your Stardex account: your API key. 1. Open your Stardex Integrations settings In Stardex, go to Settings and select Integrations under the Organization tab. You can also navigate directly to https://stardex.com/settings?tab=organization&section=integrations. 2. Copy your API key In the API Access & Keys section, click the API key input (or the copy button next to it) to copy your API key to the clipboard. 3. Enter your API key in Metaview Navigate to https://my.metaview.app/?settings=stardex. If you haven’t previously signed in to Metaview, you will be prompted to do so. Enter your API key into the corresponding field. After entering your API key, click the Test API Key button. If you have entered it correctly the tests will pass, and you will be able to confirm your Metaview – Stardex integration.

Features

Integrating your Stardex ATS to Metaview unlocks the following features:
  • Employees sync
  • Ability to post your notes and TLDR to ATS with one click
  • Data enrichment of candidate profile (e.g. name, job title, stage, location, CV)
  • Automatic addition of links to Metaview notes in ATS
  • Use AI Sourcing to search through your ATS for potential candidates
  • Add new candidates to your ATS that have been sourced
When a call was matched to data in Stardex, you will see the ATS logo in Metaview. Click on the Stardex logo to go to the matched entry in your ATS.

Troubleshooting

Although Metaview does not automatically schedule calls from Stardex, Metaview will still attempt to match your calls scheduled by other means to the relevant entries in your ATS. The most common reasons why this doesn’t happen automatically are:
  • Call or candidate is missing in the ATS
  • Duplicate candidates in the ATS
  • Data mismatch between Metaview invite and information in ATS (e.g. wrong participants, missing participant, wrong candidate)
  • Insufficient information to match call or candidate (often occurs when using Inviting to an ongoing call or Upload recordings options)
  • The meeting type is NOT set to Job interview or Debrief. Please see Call details for more information.
Please note that Metaview will not backfill data if you update information in your ATS after your call.
If you believe that a Metaview call was not matched or was incorrectly matched to your ATS data, please reach out to us and provide as much data as possible for our team to properly investigate. Please provide specific examples and the relevant IDs (e.g. candidate ID) from your ATS.

Disconnect your Stardex integration

You can disable your Metaview integration directly from within your Metaview account under SettingsIntegrations then select Disconnect Stardex. This immediately disconnects Metaview from your ATS data. Please note however that any calls that have already been scheduled may still go ahead. Please see Disabling Metaview for details on how to also make sure that the Notetaker bot doesn’t join any future calls.
