Metaview integrates seamlessly with Thrive. This makes it possible for Metaview to match candidates to existing candidates in Thrive, and allow you to push AI Notes directly to candidate profiles in Thrive.

Requirements

Please ensure API access is enabled on your Thrive account before setup; if you don’t yet have API access, contact your Thrive CSM to have it activated.

Connect Thrive to Metaview

1. Your API key can be found within Thrive.
  1. Navigate to Settings (top right) -> Integration -> Access Tokens
  2. Click Generate API Token
  3. Copy the API key.

If you haven’t previously signed in to Metaview, you will be prompted to do so. Enter the API key into the provided field. Image After saving your changes, the integration process will start. This can take up to 48 hours to complete, and you will be emailed once the integration is successful.

Integrating your Thrive to Metaview unlocks the following features:
  • Employees sync
  • Ability to post your notes and TLDR to ATS with one click
  • Automatic enrichment of Call details (e.g. candidate name, job title, stage, location)
  • Automatic addition of links to Metaview notes in ATS
  • Provide Access to calls for users with Recruiter and Hiring Manager roles in ATS
When a call was matched to data in Thrive, you will see the ATS logo in Metaview. Click on the Thrive logo go to the matched entry in your ATS.

Troubleshooting

Metaview will attempt to match your calls scheduled by other means to relevant entries in your ATS. The most common reasons why this doesn’t happen automatically are:
  • Candidate is missing in the ATS
  • Duplicate candidates in the ATS
  • Data mismatch between Metaview invite and information in ATS (e.g. wrong participants, missing participant, wrong candidate)
  • Insufficient information to match call or candidate (often occurs when using Inviting to an ongoing call or Upload recordings options)
If you believe that a Metaview call was not matched or was incorrectly matched to your ATS data, please reach out to us and provide as much data as possible for our team to properly investigate. Please provide specific examples and the relevant IDs (e.g. application ID, candidate ID) from your ATS.

Disconnect your Thrive integration

You can disable your Metaview integration directly from within your Metaview account under Settings →Integrations then select Disconnect Thrive. This immediately disconnects Metaview from your ATS data. Please note however that any calls that have already been scheduled may still go ahead. Please see Disabling Metaview for details on how to also make sure that the Notetaker bot doesn’t join any future calls.
