Metaview integrates with OTYS via a third-party integration partner. This brings OTYS jobs, candidates, applications, stages, and users into Metaview for AI Notes, Application Review, Screening, and Sourcing.

Connect OTYS to Metaview

In Metaview, go to Settings → Integrations, find OTYS, and click Connect. Follow the on-screen flow to authorize your OTYS account. After saving your changes, the integration process will start. This can take up to 48 hours to complete, and you will be emailed once the integration is successful.

  • Employees and hiring teams sync
  • Candidate metadata, including name, company, source, contact details, location, job, stage, and status
  • Add AI Notes and TLDRs to an OTYS application as text notes
  • Open matched OTYS candidates and applications directly from Metaview
  • Use Application Review to import and review OTYS applications
  • Use Sourcing to search through your OTYS candidates
  • Add sourced candidates to OTYS roles

What’s not supported

  • Automatic scheduling — schedule interviews through your calendar or other scheduling tools.
  • Application Review and Screening write-back — progress and rejection decisions from Application Review, and Screening results, are recorded in Metaview only. Complete any OTYS stage or status changes in OTYS.
  • Links to Metaview notes in OTYS — the integration does not add result links to OTYS applications.
  • Interviews, tags, rejection reasons, and scorecards — this data is not available through the OTYS connector.

Troubleshooting

Metaview will attempt to match your calls to relevant OTYS candidates and applications. Common reasons a call or candidate may not be matched include:
  • The call or candidate is missing in OTYS
  • Duplicate candidates or applications in OTYS
  • A mismatch between the Metaview invite and the candidate’s OTYS details
  • Insufficient information to identify the candidate
  • The meeting type is not set to Job interview or Debrief
If a call was not matched or was matched incorrectly, please contact support with specific examples and the relevant OTYS candidate or application IDs.

Disconnect your OTYS integration

In Metaview, go to Settings → Integrations, select OTYS, and choose Disconnect OTYS. This immediately disconnects Metaview from your OTYS data. Calls already scheduled on your calendar may still go ahead. See Disabling Metaview to prevent the Notetaker from joining future calls.
