Metaview integrates with JobDiva. This enables Notes posted back to a candidate’s record, enhanced candidate metadata, automated team management, and Sourcing — helping your team work more efficiently and make better hiring decisions.

Connect JobDiva to Metaview

1. Navigate to Integrations Settings Go to https://my.metaview.app/?settings=jobdiva and click Connect JobDiva. If you haven’t previously signed in to Metaview, you will be prompted to do so. 2. Authorize the Connection Follow the prompts in the connection wizard to log in to your JobDiva account and authorize Metaview. 3. Complete Setup After authorizing, the integration process will start. This can take up to 48 hours to complete, and you will be emailed once the integration is successful.

Permissions

The JobDiva connection is authorized through Kombo as a whole — there are no individual permissions for you to select. Metaview uses that access to match your calls to the right candidate and role, enrich candidate profiles, keep your team in sync, and write Notes and other Metaview information back to JobDiva.
Kombo is a Metaview subprocessor. Our current subprocessor list is published in the Trust Center, and the terms covering this processing are set out in our DPA. See also Privacy and security.
Anything under Optional is only used by an individual feature — without it, the core integration still works.
Required
  • Jobs
  • Candidates
  • Applications
  • Users
Optional
  • Read application and candidate attachments
  • Add notes to an application
  • Add a link to an application
  • Create candidates and applications
Stages, rejection reasons, tags and interviews are not available through the JobDiva API, so Metaview does not request them.

Features

Integrating your JobDiva CRM to Metaview unlocks the following features:
  • Employees sync
  • Ability to post your Notes to your CRM with one click
  • Data enrichment of candidate profile (e.g. name, job title, location, CV)
  • Automatic addition of links to Metaview notes in your CRM
  • Use Sourcing to search through your CRM for potential candidates
  • Add new candidates to your CRM that have been sourced
When your call in Metaview matches to data in your CRM, you will see the JobDiva logo in Metaview. Click on the JobDiva logo to go to the matched candidate in your CRM.

What’s not supported

  • Application Review and Screening. JobDiva does not expose application stages to Metaview, so there is no pipeline stage to select, progress candidates to, or reject against. If you need these, please get in touch.
  • Candidate stage and status. For the same reason, enriched candidate profiles in Metaview won’t show a JobDiva pipeline stage, application status, or rejection reason.
  • Interview scheduling. Metaview does not schedule calls from JobDiva.

Troubleshooting

Although Metaview does not automatically schedule calls from JobDiva, Metaview will still attempt to match your calls scheduled by other means to the relevant entries in your CRM. The most common reasons why this doesn’t happen automatically are:
  • Call or candidate is missing in the CRM
  • Duplicate calls or candidates in the CRM
  • Data mismatch between Metaview invite and information in your CRM (e.g. wrong participants, missing participant, wrong candidate)
  • Insufficient information to match call or candidate (often occurs when using Inviting to an ongoing call or Upload recordings options)
  • The meeting type is NOT set to Job interview or Debrief. Please see Call details for more information.
If you believe that a Metaview call was not matched or was incorrectly matched to your CRM data, please reach out to us and provide as much data as possible for our team to properly investigate. Please provide specific examples and the relevant IDs (e.g. application ID, candidate ID) from your CRM.

Disconnect your JobDiva integration

You can disable your Metaview integration directly from within your Metaview account under SettingsIntegrations then select Disconnect JobDiva. This immediately disconnects Metaview from your CRM data. Please note however that any calls that have already been scheduled may still go ahead. Please see Disabling Metaview for details on how to also make sure that the Notetaker bot doesn’t join any future calls.
