Metaview integrates with Jobylon. You can push candidates you’ve sourced in Metaview into Jobylon and keep your hiring team in sync.

Connect Jobylon to Metaview

In Metaview, go to Settings → Integrations, find Jobylon, and click Connect. Follow the on-screen flow to complete the setup.

Permissions

The Jobylon connection is authorized through Kombo as a whole — there are no individual permissions for you to select. Metaview uses that access to sync your Jobylon jobs and team, and to add candidates you’ve sourced in Metaview to Jobylon.
Kombo is a Metaview subprocessor. Our current subprocessor list is published in the Trust Center, and the terms covering this processing are set out in our DPA. See also Privacy and security.
Anything under Optional is only used by an individual feature — without it, the core integration still works.

Jobylon’s Partner API only exposes records created through it, so Metaview has no access to your existing candidate pool, attachments, notes, stage changes, interviews or scorecards. See What’s not supported.

What’s not supported

Jobylon’s API only exposes applications and candidates that are created through its Partner API workflow — it does not let Metaview read your existing applications or your full candidate list. As a result, the following are not available with Jobylon:
  • Application Review — Metaview can’t read your existing applications, so it can’t screen, progress, or reject candidates in Jobylon.
  • Screening — relies on reading candidates and applications from your ATS, which Jobylon does not support.
  • Sourcing from your existing Jobylon candidates — only candidates created through the Partner API workflow are visible, so Metaview can’t search your existing Jobylon candidate pool. (Pushing candidates you’ve sourced in Metaview into Jobylon still works — see Features above.)
  • Matching calls and enriching candidate metadata — because Metaview can’t read your existing applications, it can’t reliably match Metaview calls to Jobylon records or enrich candidate metadata from them.
  • Posting Notes to the ATS — Jobylon does not support writing notes or attachments back to an application, so Metaview Notes and note links cannot be added to Jobylon.
  • Automatic scheduling — Jobylon does not support an interviews model, so Metaview cannot automatically schedule calls from this ATS.
  • Scorecards — Scorecard data is not available through this integration.

Disconnect your Jobylon integration

You can disable your Metaview integration directly from within your Metaview account under Settings → Integrations then select Disconnect Jobylon. This immediately disconnects Metaview from your ATS data. Please note however that any calls that have already been scheduled may still go ahead. Please see Disabling Metaview for details on how to also make sure that the Notetaker bot doesn’t join any future calls.
