Connect Loxo to Metaview
Before beginning, determine your agency slug - this is easiest done by contacting Loxo Support: support@loxo.co and asking them for your “Agency slug”. It is also possible to determine if you have a Loxo-hosted job board. Just look for the company name at the end of the URL. For example,https://app.loxo.co/metaview would mean the agency slug is metaview
1. Navigate to Settings -> API Keys
You can navigate to settings by clicking the user avatar in the bottom left of the screen, and then clicking settings. On the menu, find API Keys (near the bottom), and select it. API Keys will only be available to you if you are on an admin account.
2. Generate new API Key
Once on the API Keys page, select the + Add button in the top right. At this point, you’ll have a chance to copy the token. Ensure you have done so before quitting this dialog as this is the only opportunity to see the token - otherwise you will have to generate a new one!
3. Enter you Loxo token in Metaview
Navigate to https://my.metaview.app/?settings=loxo. If you haven’t previously signed in to Metaview, you will be prompted to do so. Enter the API key into the corresponding field.
4. Enter your agency slug
On the same page, fill in your agency slug, which you should have received from Loxo Support.
5. Enter your agency ID
On the same page, fill in your agency ID. This is a number and can be found by going to your Loxo account, and copying the numbers directly after agency/ in the URL. For example, if the URL was https://app.loxo.co/agencies/12345/people the agency ID would be 12345.
6. (Optional) Enter your custom domain
Some organisations will have a custom domain on Loxo. This can be found in the URL of you loxo account - copy the URL from https to loxo.co into the custom domain field. For example, with a URL of https://metaview.app.loxo.co/agencies/12345/people you should enter https://metaview.app.loxo.co/
If your organisation does not have a custom domain then leave this field blank
Test API Key button - if you have entered your details correctly the tests should pass, and you will be able to confirm your Metaview - Loxo integration.
Permissions
Metaview uses this access to match your calls to the right candidate and role, enrich candidate profiles, keep your team in sync, and write Notes and other Metaview information back to Loxo. Your Loxo API key authorizes this connection as a whole — there are no individual permissions for you to select. This is a direct connection — no third-party integration partner is involved. Anything under Optional is only used by an individual feature — without it, the core integration still works.View list of permissions

Troubleshooting
When a call was not scheduled through Loxo, Metaview will still attempt to match your calls scheduled by other means to relevant entries in your CRM. The most common reasons why this doesn’t happen automatically are:- Call or candidate is missing in the CRM
- Duplicate calls or candidates in the CRM
- Data mismatch between Metaview invite and information in your CRM (e.g. wrong participants, missing participant, wrong candidate)
- Insufficient information to match call or candidate (often occurs when using Inviting to an ongoing call or Upload recordings options)
- The meeting type is NOT set to Job interview or Debrief. Please see Call details for details.
Please note that Metaview will not backfill data if you update information in your CRM after your call.
Disconnect your Loxo integration
You can disable your Metaview integration directly from within your Metaview account underSettings →Integrations then select Disconnect Loxo.
This immediately disconnects Metaview from your CRM data. Please note however that any calls that have already been scheduled may still go ahead. Please see Disabling Metaview for details on how to also make sure that the Notetaker bot doesn’t join any future calls.
