Screening credits are shared across your workspace. They are separate from, and purchased independently of, credits for other Metaview products such as Notetaker, Sourcing, and Application Review.

Every workspace receives free starter Screening credits, which expire 365 days after they’re granted. You can view credit usage for each screen, including total credits spent, from the Screening page.You need available Screening credits to enroll new candidates. If your balance reaches zero while a candidate is completing their interview, their interview is marked

Go to Screening → Credits to buy a credit pack. Purchased Screening credits expire 365 days after purchase. If your balance includes credits with different expiry dates, those expiring soonest are used first. For high-volume or unlimited screening, talk to our team.FAQs
What happens if we run out of credits? Candidates already enrolled can still complete their interviews. Completed interviews remainAwaiting credits until you add more Screening credits.
