Candidate profiles provided through Sourcing include professional information and may contain links to publicly available profiles, or to the candidate’s profile in your ATS where available. Enrichment Credits allow you to unlock additional contact details (email addresses and phone numbers) for outreach which can be carried out using your own tools or through Sequences. Contact enrichment is optional and powered by third-party providers. A limited number of enrichment credits are included with standard subscriptions, with additional credit top-ups available at an extra cost.

How enrichment works

When you find a candidate profile using the Sourcing feature, you have the option to enrich their profile to retrieve an email address or phone number. Click No email selected or No phone selected to open the enrichment panel.

In the enrichment panel, click Find contact to run the enrichment search using these third-party providers. You can also choose to manually add an email address or phone number instead of using enrichment option.

Once a candidate profile includes contact details, you can enrol them into Sequences for outreach or contact them directly using your own tools.

Credit usage and top-ups

Enrichment credits are usage-based and shared across your workspace. Credits are only consumed when you successfully retrieve a candidate’s email address or phone number. If no contact details are found, you are not charged. Our standard Sourcing subscriptions include a limited monthly allocation of contact enrichment credits, which refreshes each month and is shared across all users in your workspace. You can view your current balance, usage, and renewal details in your account here. This page is also accessible via the Sequences section.

If you need more credits beyond your monthly allocation, you can purchase additional credits as top-ups. Click Buy additional credits to purchase top-up enrichment credits in multiples of 100, valid for 6 months. These credits are added to your workspace balance and are used automatically once your monthly allocation has been exhausted.

Enrichment credits accuracy

Email and phone number enrichment is powered by third-party providers and involves a tradeoff between coverage and accuracy. Results may occasionally be incorrect, outdated, or undeliverable. Metaview applies quality filters, but cannot guarantee that enriched contact details will always be accurate or deliverable. However, all enrichment credits are non-refundable, including in cases where an email later bounces or contact details are no longer valid.
