Metaview is designed for business use only, so you’ll need to sign up with your work email (not a personal one). Metaview does not allow you to use a school or personal email like @outlook.com or @gmail.com for account creation.
Using single sign-on
Metaview supports SSO with SAML (e.g. Okta), and sign-ins through Google Workspace or Azure AD (Microsoft). See our articles for more information: Connect with Google, Connect with Microsoft or SSO.Forgot your password?
If you use a combination of email and password to login, you can use theForgot password option to securely reset your password. If you are on the sign up page, you will need to attempt to login in first, then you will see the option to reset.
Didn’t receive your verification email?
When creating an account using your work email and password, Metaview will send you a verification email containing a code to confirm you have access to that address. If you don’t immediately receive the code:- Double-check your email address — typos are the most common cause why new users don’t receive verification emails.
- Check your spam or junk folder — the email may have been filtered incorrectly. Make sure save Metaview as a known contact.
- If you’ve confirmed the two points above, we recommend that you contact your IT team as your company may be blocking emails from @metaview.ai and our domain needs to be approved for emails to come through.
