Creating a Job Post
There are four different ways to create a job post using Metaview:
Blank document: Interact with our assistant directly. It will guide you through key details like title, responsibilities, requirements, and more, then generate a high-quality job post.
Use an intake call: If Metaview is present on a role intake call, you can choose from a list of your calls to generate a job post from. Metaview will use information from the call to populate a job post.
Use a template: Choose from Metaview’s library of best-practice templates, or create your own. Templates ensure consistency and help you move quickly. Once a Template is selected, our assistant will ask a few questions to help fill in the blanks.
Import a document: Upload notes, past job descriptions, or any document you have, and Metaview will transform it into a ready-to-edit job post.
Once your draft is created, Metaview automatically applies AI-powered checks and suggestions to improve quality before publishing.
