Manually push notes using Zapier
By default, the "New Conversation" trigger in Metaview's Zapier integration gets triggered automatically whenever a conversation is recorded with AI Notes. However, you may want to have more control over when your Zaps are activated, by manually pushing the notes to Zapier.
Pushing AI Notes to Zapier
It is easy to push your AI notes to 3rd party applications like your ATS or CRM using Zapier. On the AI Notes page, select ⬇️
(dropdown) next to the Copy Notes
button, and then Push to Zapier
to see your options. Click Create new Zap
or Run "Label of the Zap you have created"
to send AI Notes using Zapier.
Setting up a Zap to push notes to
Create a Zap using the "New Conversation" trigger: See
for details on connecting your Zapier account and setting up your first Zap. Configure your trigger: Set up your Zap by filling in the following fields:
Trigger on: Whether you want the Zap to be triggered on your conversations or all conversations in your team.
Private: Whether or not other people in your team can see and run this Zap from the AI Notes page.
Label: The name of this Zap as it appears in the
Push to Zapier
menu.TIP: Use a descriptive label so your team knows what the Zap does.
Trigger automatically: Set this to False if you don't want this Zap to trigger automatically when a conversation is recorded, and only want it to be triggered manually.
Complete and publish your Zap: Once you publish your Zap, you will begin to see it in the menu on the AI Notes page.
Can I create a Zap for other members of my team?
Yes! Simply set the Private
field to False and the TriggerOn
field to Team Meetings when setting up the "New Conversation" trigger, and anyone in your team will be able to see and trigger the Zap.
Only organisation admins can create public Zaps for the rest of their team to trigger.
