Managing Subscriptions

The information provided below is not applicable to customers on custom enterprise/teams plans or those interested in purchasing a custom plan. If this applies to you, please reach out to your dedicated account manager or book a meeting with our sales team for tailored support and guidance.

Buying subscriptions

To purchase new or additional Pro subscriptions for yourself or your team, click Buy Pro seats on Team Management and follow the instructions. Click here if you'd like to set up a demo or to speak to sales first.

Purchased subscriptions are not assigned or reserved to a specific user and can be assigned to anyone on your team based on your team's needs throughout the year by your team admin. See for details.

Subscriptions will be renewed and you will be billed automatically on your monthly or annual renewal date.

Accessing billing details

Users who have previously purchased a subscription on Metaview can manage billing details on the Team Management page under Manage Billing. They can take the following actions using our self-service portal:

  • Update your company name and billing address

  • Add or update the email where invoices should be sent (e.g. your company's accounts payable email)

  • Update tax information (e.g. VAT)

  • Update PO number

  • Update your payment details

  • Download your past invoices

  • Pay your overdue invoices

Please note that these details will only be available to the buyer. You will not have access to the billing details of subscriptions purchased by a colleague.

Cancelling paid subscriptions

You can cancel and edit the subscription that you purchased on the Team Management page under Manage Billing. You can also send a request to accounts@metaview.ai before your monthly or annual renewal date at midnight GMT.

Any requested changes to your subscription will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription renewal period. Notices received after renewal will take effect at the start of the subsequent renewal period.

Accounts will be automatically moved to our Free plan once paid subscriptions are canceled.

Free plan

Accounts on Metaview's free plan do not benefit from all of Metaview's features and are subject to the following limitations:

  • Maximum of 25 conversations per month per free user

  • Maximum of 60 conversations per month across all free users in your organization

  • Restricted access to conversations beyond 14 days

Note that unused free conversations do not roll over to the next month, but additional free conversation credits may be granted if you refer new users. Referral credits are added automatically when the person you refer creates a new Metaview account following your referral invitation. Details on the referral program can be found in your Metaview account.

The free plan is subject to change at any time without notice. Free subscriptions are provided as-is, with no guarantees regarding availability, support, features, or duration.
