Capture Callbacks
Capture Callbacks allows recipients to call you back if they missed your phone call or the call dropped halfway through, and the subsequent call from the recipient will be recorded, uploaded, and summarised into your account on Metaview.
Turn on Capture Callbacks
Go to your Enabled.
Use Capture Callbacks
Once Capture Callbacks is enabled within personal settings, any call made from your registered phone numbers in Metaview will allow capturing of recipient callbacks. You call the recipient as usual through the switchboard and Metaview handles the rest.
Considerations
When this feature is enabled, call recipients will no longer see your phone number but rather a Metaview phone number on their call display, which they must call you through for it to include Metaview.
Please also note these additional current limitations of this feature:
Recipients will not be able to text you through the proxied phone number they see during your call.
If you call an international number or use an extension within Metaview, we will turn off this Capture Callbacks feature for that phone call.
We use a pool of communal Metaview numbers, and therefore, the number a recipient sees is not unique to your account but will be matched back up to you on a recipient callback.
