Metaview's AI Job Posts helps recruiting teams create consistent, on-brand, and compelling job descriptions—automatically. Acting like an always-on writing assistant, the tool ensures your open roles are communicated in a way that aligns with your company’s voice, values, and style guidelines.

Whether you’re drafting from scratch or editing an existing job post, Metaview helps:

Creating a Job Post

There are four different ways to create a job post using Metaview:

  1. Blank document: Interact with our assistant directly. It will guide you through key details like title, responsibilities, requirements, and more, then generate a high-quality job post.

  2. Use an intake call: If Metaview is present on a role intake call, you can choose from a list of your calls to generate a job post from. Metaview will use information from the call to populate a job post.

  3. Use a template: Choose from Metaview’s library of best-practice templates, or create your own. Templates ensure consistency and help you move quickly. Once a Template is selected, our assistant will ask a few questions to help fill in the blanks.

  4. Import a document: Upload notes, past job descriptions, or any document you have, and Metaview will transform it into a ready-to-edit job post.

Once your draft is created, Metaview automatically applies AI-powered checks and suggestions to improve quality before publishing.

Implementing Checks

Metaview applies a suite of AI-powered checks to ensure your job posts meet your internal standards and best practices. These checks can be customized to your company’s tone and style guide.

Metaview-provided checks include:

  • Spelling and grammar: Corrects common writing issues and typos.

  • Tone and writing style: Encourages engaging, human-centered language over corporate jargon.

  • DEI-related: Includes checks like gendered language decoders, flags for non-inclusive terms, and alerts for overly competitive or aggressive language.

  • Formatting and structure: Ensures clear headings, bullet points, and overall readability.

For each check, Metaview suggests specific improvements and provides transparency into why a check failed—so you can see exactly what the AI is thinking. You can also click into the checks to see the prompt that we are sending to our specifically trained LLM.

You can also create your own custom checks to enforce internal brand guidelines, phrasing preferences, or formatting rules.

Maintaining

Keeping your job posts up to date is critical—and Metaview makes it easy.

Metaview continuously compares your job posts with what’s actually being said in current interviews. If interviewers are consistently highlighting skills, responsibilities, or challenges that aren’t reflected in your job post, Metaview will suggest updates automatically.

With these real-time insights, you can:

  • Keep job descriptions aligned with how the role is discussed internally

  • Ensure consistency across hiring touchpoints

  • Maintain up-to-date expectations for candidates
