Overview

Metaview Technologies Inc is a US and UK-based, SOC2 certified and GDPR/CCPA-compliant data processor trusted by hundreds of companies across Europe, US, and other parts of the world.

Data storage and retention

Metaview stores customer data securely on AWS (UK). All data is backed up regularly, and encrypted at rest and in transit. Customers retain ownership of their data and can decide on the retention period.

Personal data processing

Metaview is committed to supporting its customers in upholding the rights of data subjects, including access, erasure, and objection to processing. Personal data processing is conducted in compliance with GDPR and other international data privacy regulations with equivalent standards (including CCPA, PIPEDA, LGDA) as outlined in our DPA: https://www.metaview.ai/data-processing-agreement.

Information security

Metaview has implemented industry best practice technical and organizational measures to protect personal information and customer data. Metaview is SOC 2 Type II certified and conducts regular external penetration testing.

Metaview supports SSO with SAML (e.g. Okta), and sign-ins through Google Workspace or Azure AD (Microsoft).

Confidentiality

Metaview is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of your data. We will only access and share your data with third parties for the purpose of delivering our services.

  • Data processing at Metaview is fully automated, with access restricted in accordance with the principle of least privilege and security best practices.

  • Data is shared with third-party subprocessors only as necessary to provide our services. A detailed list of these subprocessors can be found in section 6.2 of our DPA.

Use of Artificial Intelligence technologies

Metaview does not use customer data for AI model training. We use existing, pre-trained AI models through industry-leading LLM partners in the provision of our services.

AI technologies are not used to provide automated decision-making, evaluation, recommendation services, or any of the prohibited practices outlined in the EU AI Act.
