Access and deletion requests

Under GDPR and other similar data privacy regulations, data subjects have the right to access their personal data. They can also request for it to be deleted. Metaview supports customers’ processes for ensuring the rights of data subjects including the right to access and erasure.

Access requests

If you receive a data subject access request and would like to share data processed by Metaview with call participants in a common-machine readable format, you can use our self-service tools to download recordings, transcripts and notes.

Deletion requests

If you receive a data deletion request and you would like to delete all data processed by Metaview, including recordings, transcripts, and notes related to a call participant, you can use our self-service deletion tool.
