Access and deletion requests

Access and deletion requests

Under GDPR and other similar data privacy regulations, data subjects have the right to access their personal data. They can also request for it to be deleted. Metaview supports customers’ processes for ensuring the rights of data subjects including the right to access and erasure.

Access requests

If you receive a data subject access request and would like to share data processed by Metaview with call participants in a common machine-readable format, you can follow the instructions to use our self-service tools to download recordings, transcripts, and notes.

You can also use the option to give colleagues and external participants access to your Metaview calls.

Downloading the transcript

You can easily copy or download the full transcript of your call. Under the Transcript tab, click on the Copy transcript or the Download transcript PDF icon. You can then save or paste the transcript into an email or ATS form, for example.

Downloading the recording

If there is a recording available for your call, you can download it to your computer. Go to the recording playback section at the bottom of the Transcript tab, and click on Download video or Download audio (for audio-only recordings).

Please contact privacy@metaview.ai for additional assistance with access requests.

Deletion requests

If you receive a data deletion request and you would like to delete all data processed by Metaview, including recordings, transcripts, and notes related to a call participant, you can use our self-service deletion tool.

Deleting a call

To delete a call, including associated recording, transcript, and notes, go to the Information tab, and select the Delete action. Click Confirm to complete the deletion process.

Please note that deletion is irreversible and will apply to all other users who have access to the call.

Please contact privacy@metaview.ai for additional assistance with deletion requests.

Information for candidates and other meeting participants

Metaview is a data processor for our customers and does not own any of the personal data that we process as part of our services. We provide customers with self-service tools to handle access and data deletion requests from job candidates and other meeting participants present on calls where they used Metaview. If Metaview was used on one of your recent calls, please reach out to your recruiter or person who met with you so they can assist you with your request.
