Personal Settings
The following details and settings can be managed from your Account Setting page.
Phone numbers
From here you can register phone numbers to be used in association with your Metaview account. For details on setting up phone numbers, navigate to
Email notifications
You can Enable or Disable the option to receive an email notification every time one of your Metaview calls has been transcribed and your summary notes are ready.
Bot recording
When enabled, Metaview will record the video in your personal calls. This video will be available for playback in Metaview after the call. Change this setting to Disabled for Metaview not to record video on your video conference calls.
This setting will be set to Disabled if your administrator has disabled video recording for your organization in
Capture callbacks
When enabled, recipients can call you back, and the phone call will be captured on Metaview. To do this, Metaview replaces your number with a Metaview number when dialling the candidate. For more details, navigate to
