Recruit CRM

This guide will show you how to automatically add Metaview conversation summaries as notes in Recruit CRM. This setup is ideal for keeping detailed records of candidate interactions within Recruit CRM.

Step 1: Set Up the Trigger in Zapier

  1. Create a New Zap and add a Trigger.

    • Select Metaview as the app.

    • Choose New Conversation as the trigger event.

  2. Configure the Trigger Settings:

    • Meetings Type: Choose either My Meetings for individual use or Team Meetings if you want this Zap accessible to your entire organization. Set Private to false for Team Meetings, and true for My Meetings.

    • Label: Use a label like Push to Recruit CRM.

    • Trigger Automatically: Set this to false if you prefer to review and edit notes before they’re pushed to Recruit CRM.

Step 2: Add a Recruit CRM Action to Find the Candidate

  1. Add an Action in Zapier and select Recruit CRM as the app.

  2. Choose Find Candidates as the action event.

  3. Configure the Candidate Search Settings:

    • In the Email field, add the Candidate’s Email from Metaview to locate the correct profile in Recruit CRM.

Step 3: Add a Recruit CRM Action to Add a Note

  1. Add Another Action in Zapier and select Recruit CRM again as the app.

  2. Choose Add Note as the action event.

  3. Configure the Note Settings:

    • Reference: Use the Candidate reference from the Find Candidates step to link the note to the correct candidate.

    • Note Content: Customize the note using fields from Metaview, such as Summary, Meeting Title, Transcript, or any other relevant details.

Step 4: Test and Publish

  1. Run tests to ensure the integration works as expected.

  2. Once confirmed, click Publish to activate the Zap.

With this setup, every Metaview conversation summary will be automatically added as a note to the candidate’s profile in Recruit CRM, streamlining candidate record-keeping.
