Automatic scheduling

There are several options that allow you to automatically invite Metaview to upcoming calls, so you don’t have to remember to manually invite it each time.

To benefit from automated scheduling, please keep in mind the following requirements:

  • The event needs to have a valid video conference link or phone number

    • See additional details on , , , and

  • The event should be created at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time

  • The event organizer needs to be from your organization and associated with your company email domain

  • At least one invited participant needs to have a Metaview account with a trial or paid subscription

  • Calendar events must meet your organization's filtering criteria that determine which types of events Metaview should and shouldn't schedule

Your account administrator can Enable or Disable automatic scheduling features in your Metaview Organization settings.

Connect your ATS

Metaview can automatically schedule interviews from certain Application Tracking System (ATS) providers. Consult our ATS-specific setup guides under the Integrations section for more information.

Seeing your automatically scheduled calls

You will know which calls have been scheduled by checking your Upcoming conversations section on your Metaview home page.

When Metaview is automatically scheduled by your ATS, Calendly or calendar, the notes@metaview.ai guest will not be added to your calendar event in Google Calendar or Outlook.

Scheduling phone calls

In order schedule your phone calls with Metaview, in addition to the approaches mentioned above, you first need to register your phone number and follow the instructions for .

Metaview won't automatically join your phone calls, even if you schedule them in advance.

You will still need to dial the switchboard number, but you will get the dial assist feature and event details from the calendar event, including the candidate's name.
