Open a scorecard in Greenhouse
Navigate to a scorecard in Greenhouse for an interview where Metaview joined. You’ll see a Metaview banner at the top of the page.
Pick your conversation
Click the Metaview banner to open the side panel, where you can browse and select which Metaview conversation to use. Conversations are ordered with the most recent at the top, and you can search to find the right one.
Metaview uses your scorecard section headings as prompts and fills in the objective, factual sections (experience, salary, tech stacks, etc.) while leaving subjective evaluation fields blank for you to complete.
Metaview will not overwrite any sections you’ve already filled in.
Review, personalize, and submit
Review the autofilled content, add your evaluation and hiring recommendation, and submit your scorecard.
Metaview Notes in Greenhouse: Save time and keep a consistent note structure by pulling your full Metaview note template into Greenhouse. Add a scorecard section titled “Metaview Notes” (exact title), and ensure a note template is set in Metaview for that role or call type. Enterprise customers can use custom section names - contact your Customer Success Manager to set this up.
