Step 1: Set Up the Trigger in Zapier

Create a New Zap and add a Trigger.
- Select Metaview as the app.
- Choose New Conversation as the trigger event.

Configure the Trigger Settings:
- Meetings Type: Choose either:
- My Meetings for personal use.
- Team Meetings if you’re an admin and want this Zap accessible to everyone in your organization. For Team Meetings, set Private to
false
. For My Meetings, leave it astrue
.
- Label: Add a recognizable label like Push to Notion.
- Trigger Automatically: Set to
false
. This way, you can edit notes in Metaview before pushing them to Notion.
- Meetings Type: Choose either:
Step 2: Add a Notion Action to Find the Page
- Add an Action in Zapier and select Notion as the app.

Choose Find Page (By Title) as the action event.
- Create a Parent Page in Notion where all Metaview notes will be saved, such as Metaview Notes.

Configure the Action Settings:
- Connect your Notion account and allow access to the relevant pages.
- Type in the title of the Notion page to locate it in your workspace.
- Optionally, select if the title should be an exact match.
Step 3: Add an Action to Post Content to Notion
- Add Another Action in Zapier.
- Select Notion as the app and choose Add Content to Page as the action event.

Configure the Content Settings:
- Select
the
Page where the notes will be added (e.g., Metaview Notes). - Add the content you want to display, like Participants’ emails, Meeting Title, and Summary from Metaview.
- Select
Step 4: Test and Publish
- Run tests to ensure everything works smoothly.
- Once tested, click Publish.
