Set up JobAdder with Zapier
Set Up the Trigger in Zapier-
Create a New Zap and add a Trigger.
- Select Metaview as the app.
- Choose New Conversation as the trigger event.

Configure the Trigger Settings:
- Meetings Type: Choose either:
- My Meetings for individual use.
- Team Meetings to make this Zap accessible across your organization. Set Private to
false
for Team Meetings, ortrue
for My Meetings.
- Label: Use a label like Push to JobAdder.
- Trigger Automatically: Set this to
false
to allow you to edit the notes before they’re pushed to JobAdder.
- Meetings Type: Choose either:
- Add an Action in Zapier and select JobAdder as the app.
- Choose Find Candidate as the action event.
- Connect your JobAdder Account when prompted.

Configure the Candidate Search Settings:
- Enter the Candidate’s Email or Full Name from Metaview to locate the correct profile in JobAdder.
- Add Another Action in Zapier and select JobAdder again as the app.
- Choose Add Candidate Note as the action event.

Configure the Note Settings:
- Candidate ID: Use the Candidate ID from the Find Candidate step.
- Note Type: Choose or create a note type like Metaview Notes in your JobAdder account.
- Note Text: Customize the content using fields from Metaview, such as Summary, Candidate Email, and Meeting Title.
- Run tests to ensure the integration works as expected.
- Once confirmed, click Publish to activate the Zap.
With this setup, every completed Metaview conversation will automatically be added as a note to the candidate’s profile in JobAdder, centralizing your notes. If you need assistance, contact our support team at support@metaview.ai.
