# Recruitee

> Configure the Recruitee integration for your workspace.

Metaview integrates seamlessly with [Recruitee](https://support.recruitee.com/en/articles/9216474-metaview-integration). This makes it possible for Metaview to automatically capture scheduled interviews in Recruitee so we can provide AI-generated summaries.

## Connect Recruitee to Metaview

**1. Navigate to Token Settings**

You can navigate to token settings directly with [this link](https://app.recruitee.com/#/settings/api_tokens). Alternatively, from the Recruitee **Settings** page, select `Apps and plugins`, then **Personal API tokens**. You should now see an overview of your API Tokens.

**2. Generate new key**

Once on the token settings page, select `Add new token`. Name the API key "**Metaview**", then click **Save**. At this point, you'll have to enter your password to verify your identify. After authentication, your API key will be generated. Copy the generated key.

**3. Share Recruitee API key with Metaview**

Navigate to [https://my.metaview.app/?settings=recruitee](https://app.recruitee.com/#/settings/api_tokens). If you haven't previously signed in to Metaview, you will be prompted to do so. Enter the API key into the corresponding field.

After saving your changes, the integration process will start. This can take up to 48 hours to complete, and you will be emailed once the integration is successful.

## Features

Integrating your Recruitee ATS to Metaview unlocks the following features:

* Automatic scheduling directly from ATS
* Employees sync
* Data enrichment of candidate profile (e.g. name, job title, stage, location, CV)
* Use AI Sourcing to search through your ATS for potential candidates
* Add new candidates to your ATS that have been sourced

When a call was scheduled through Recruitee or was matched to data in Recruitee, you will see the ATS logo in Metaview. Click on the `Recruitee` logo go to the matched entry in your ATS.

## Troubleshooting

When a call was not scheduled through Recruitee, Metaview will still attempt to match your calls scheduled by other means to relevant entries in your ATS. The most common reasons why this doesn't happen automatically are:

* Call or candidate is missing in the ATS
* Duplicate calls or candidates in the ATS
* Data mismatch between Metaview invite and information in ATS (e.g. wrong participants, missing participant, wrong candidate)
* Insufficient information to match call or candidate (often occurs when using Inviting to an ongoing call or Upload recordings options)
* The meeting type is NOT set to **Job interview** or **Debrief**. Please see Call details for more information.

If you believe that a Metaview call was not matched or was incorrectly matched to your ATS data, please reach out to [us](mailto:support@metaview.ai) and provide as much data as possible for our team to properly investigate. Please provide specific examples and the relevant IDs (e.g. application ID, candidate ID) from your ATS.

## Disconnect your Recruitee integration

You can disable your Metaview integration directly from within your Metaview account under `Settings` →`Integrations` then select `Disconnect Recruitee`.

This immediately disconnects Metaview from your ATS data. Please note however that any calls that have already been scheduled may still go ahead.
