# Abacus Umantis

> Configure the Abacus Umantis integration for your workspace.

Metaview integrates seamlessly with Abacus Umantis.

## Connect Abacus Umantis to Metaview

**1. Navigate to your Metaview settings**

Go to [Settings > Integrations](https://my.metaview.ai/settings/integrations).

**2. Click Connect and follow the on-screen flow**

Select Abacus Umantis from the list of integrations and follow the prompts to authorize access.

After saving your changes, the integration process will start. This can take up to 48 hours to complete, and you will be emailed once the integration is successful.

* Data enrichment of candidate profile (e.g. name, job title, stage, location, CV)
* Automatic addition of links to Metaview notes in your ATS
* Use AI Sourcing to search through your ATS for potential candidates
* Add new candidates to your ATS that have been sourced

## Troubleshooting

Common reasons a call or candidate may not be matched include:

* Call or candidate is missing in the ATS
* Duplicate calls or candidates in the ATS
* Data mismatch between Metaview invite and information in ATS
* Insufficient information to match call or candidate
* The meeting type is NOT set to **Job interview** or **Debrief**

If you believe that a Metaview call was not matched or was incorrectly matched to your ATS data, please reach out to [us](mailto:support@metaview.ai) and provide as much data as possible.

## Disconnect your Abacus Umantis integration

You can disable your Metaview integration directly from within your Metaview account under `Settings` → `Integrations` then select `Disconnect Abacus Umantis`.

This immediately disconnects Metaview from your ATS data. Please note however that any calls that have already been scheduled may still go ahead. Please see [Disabling Metaview](/joining-your-calls/inviting-the-notetaker/disabling-metaview) for details on how to also make sure that the Notetaker bot doesn't join any future calls.
