# Navigation

> Once you are logged into your Metaview account, you can access our different features using the main menu panel.

Once you're logged into Metaview, you can access all major features from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

To open or collapse the navigation menu, click the Metaview logo in the top-left corner.

### Main navigation

The navigation menu provides quick access to the following areas:

* [**Sequences**](/recruiting-platform/application-review) – Manage outreach and communication workflows
* [**Application Review**](/recruiting-platform/application-review) – Review and manage applications
* [Settings](/account-management/personal-settings) - Ability to configure your settings and integrations

### Account menu

Click on `your profile` in the bottom-left corner of the navigation sidebar to access additional options including your team view:

* **Support Email** - Contact the Metaview support team
* **Sign Out** – Sign out of your account

Select any item in the navigation menu to move directly to that section of Metaview.
