# Workspace Settings

> Configure workspace settings for scheduling, bots, and company info

The following settings are reserved for account administrators and apply to all users within your Metaview workspace. To access Workspace Settings, click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the navigation menu, select [**Settings**](https://my.metaview.app/settings), and open the [**Workspace Settings**](https://my.metaview.app/?settings=workspace) tab..

<Note>
  You can check who is currently assigned as your account administrator on Metaview on the [Team Management](https://my.metaview.app/team-management) page.
</Note>

## Company name

If you would like to change how your company (workspace) name appears across Metaview, you can do that [here](https://my.metaview.app/settings/organization) - simply change the company name and click `Update`.

## Scheduling settings

The following scheduling options can be set to `Enabled` or `Disabled` :

* **Join events in calendars**: When `enabled`, users will be able to connect their Google or Outlook calendar. When `disabled`, this option will be "greyed out" for team members in your workspace.
* **Join events in your ATS:** When `enabled`, Metaview will automatically join events organized in your workspace's ATS.
* **Join events through manual invite:** When `enabled`, Metaview will join calendar events that have `notes@bot.metaview.ai` as an invited participant. See [Manual invites](/joining-your-calls/inviting-the-notetaker/manual-invites) for more information.
* **Calendly integration:** When `enabled`, members can connect their Calendly to Metaview. See [Calendly](/integrations/calendar/calendly) for more information.
* **Upload conversation**: When `enabled`, members can [upload audio or video files](/joining-your-calls/upload/upload-recordings) of conversations to be processed by Metaview.

<Note>
  Please note that if you disable scheduling, Metaview will stop scheduling **future** events, but already scheduled events will still go ahead. Please see [Disabling Metaview](/joining-your-calls/inviting-the-notetaker/disabling-metaview) for more information about already scheduled calls.
</Note>

## Bot settings

The following bot settings can be set to `Enabled` or `Disabled` :

* **Record video:** When enabled, Metaview records video in your team’s calls so they can replay them, create [Snippets](/using-ai-notes/features/snippets), and capture important visual context in their notes during technical interviews or when someone shares their screen (e.g. presentations, demos, whiteboarding, or coding). Video recording is optional and is not used to identify individuals (e.g. facial recognition) or perform biometric analysis.
  * Disabling this setting turns off video recording for everyone in your workspace and prevents users from enabling it in their [personal settings](/account-management/personal-settings). When enabled, users can still choose to turn off video recording for their own calls. If any participant has video recording turned off for a call, video won’t be recorded for anyone on that call.
  * Please note that **audio** recording cannot be disabled, as it is a necessary part of the data processing required to generate transcriptions for your video conference and phone calls. Please see [Privacy configurations](/account-management/privacy-and-security/privacy-configurations) for more information about data minimization options.
* **Capture calls using gallery view:** When `enabled`, video playback of calls in Metaview will show all participants in a grid format. When `disabled`, it will only show the participant that is speaking or is pinned.
* **Customize the Notetaker bot's name**: By default, the bot's name will be displayed as *\[Your company name]'s Metaview Notetaker* on video conference calls. The name you select will be updated and displayed for all users in your workspace.
* **Show Metaview avatar in video-conference calls:** When Metaview joins your calls, by default, it will have an avatar/picture to make it clear who it is. When `disabled`, that avatar will not be shown, similar to when a participant has their camera off.

</Frame>

## Notifications

* **Send candidates to all participants after role intake call**: When `enabled`, all participants will be notified of sourced candidates based off a role intake call. Disable this setting to ensure only recruiters receive these types of notifications.
* **Attach AI Notes PDF to summary email:** When `enabled`, a PDF of the AI Notes will be emailed to participants once the notes are ready after a call.
* **Attach transcript PDF to summary email:** When `enabled`, a PDF of the full transcript will be emailed to participants after each conversation.

## Transcript

* **Include timestamps in transcript exports:** When `enabled`, transcript exports (copy and PDF download) will include timestamps showing when each speaker turn occurred.

## Integrations

* **MCP integration:** When `enabled`, members can connect external AI tools to workspace data via the [MCP server](/integrations/mcp-integration/mcp-overview.mdx).
* **MCP for non-admins:** When `enabled`, non-admin members can use the [MCP integration](/integrations/mcp-integration/mcp-overview.mdx). When disabled, only admins can connect via MCP.

## Scorecards

* **Automatically generate scorecards:** When `enabled`, Metaview prepares a draft scorecard after each interview, so interviewers do not need to click **Fill scorecard**. They can then review, edit, and submit the draft themselves.
* **Automatically post scorecards:** When `enabled`, Metaview prepares the scorecard as described above and automatically submits it to your ATS, without requiring a manual submission. See our [best-practice guidance](/account-management/privacy-and-security/ai-best-practices#use-with-your-scorecards) for recommendations for this setting.

<Info>
  Available settings depend on your ATS integration. Your integration may support automatic generation, automatic generation and posting, or neither. Only supported settings will be displayed in your workspace settings.
