# Credits

Credits are a single balance that your whole workspace shares across Application Review, Screening and contact enrichment. They replace the separate [Application Review](https://support.metaview.ai/application-review/credits.md), [Screening](https://support.metaview.ai/screening/credits.md) and [Enrichment](https://support.metaview.ai/sequences/enrichment-credits.md) credits. To see your balance, usage and any expiry dates, open **Settings → [Credits & billing](https://app.metaview.ai/credits)**.

## What each activity costs

Each of these products includes some free uses before it starts using credits.

## FAQs

**Q: When do my credits expire?**

It depends on how you got them:

* **Monthly plan credits** expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over.
* **Credit packs** you buy don't expire.
* **Credits added by Metaview**, for example under your contract, expire on the date shown on **Credits & billing**, if they have one.

Monthly plan credits are used first, then credits with the soonest expiry date, then credits that don't expire.

**Q: Where do I buy more credits?**

Open **Settings → [Credits & billing](https://app.metaview.ai/credits)** to buy a credit pack. Admins can also change the workspace's monthly plan there. If you can't buy credits yourself, click `Request more credits` to ask your workspace admins. For larger volumes, [talk to our team](https://www.metaview.ai/demo).

**Q: Are credits shared across my workspace?**

Yes. Everyone in the workspace draws from the same balance, whether they're running Application Review, Screening or contact enrichment. **Credits & billing** shows how the balance has been used, broken down by product.

**Q: Can I limit how many credits each person uses?**

Yes. Admins can set a monthly credit limit for any member, or for all members at once, from the member list on **Credits & billing**. Limits reset every month, at the start of your billing period, or on the 1st if your workspace has no monthly plan. When someone reaches their limit, they can click `Request a higher limit` to ask an admin, who can raise or remove it.
